Lifestyle Optimization Blueprint
The MediZen Revitalize Framework for Sustainable Results
At MediZen Revitalize, medication is only one part of transformation.
Lasting metabolic change requires strategic nutrition, intentional movement, restorative sleep, and disciplined mindset.
This blueprint outlines the foundational pillars we expect every patient to follow while undergoing treatment.
1. Precision Nutrition
Fat loss without muscle loss is the goal.
Protein First
Aim for 0.8–1 gram of protein per pound of goal body weight to preserve lean mass.
Whole Food Focus
Base your meals on:
• Lean proteins
• Vegetables
• Low-glycemic fruits
• Whole grains in controlled portions
• Healthy fats
Carbohydrate Strategy
Choose complex carbohydrates and limit refined sugars and ultra-processed foods.
Hydration Standard
Minimum 64–100 ounces of water daily unless medically restricted.
2. Metabolic Movement
Movement enhances medication response.
Strength Training
2–4 sessions weekly targeting major muscle groups.
Cardiovascular Conditioning
Minimum 150 minutes per week of moderate activity.
Daily Activity Baseline
Avoid prolonged sitting. Aim for consistent daily movement.
3. Hormonal Recovery
Sleep and stress control metabolic efficiency.
Sleep Target
7–9 hours nightly.
Stress Management
Chronic cortisol elevation impairs fat loss.
Incorporate structured recovery practices such as breathwork, stretching, journaling, or quiet time.
4. Accountability Standards
Transformation requires measurable behavior.
• Track weight or measurements every 2–4 weeks
• Maintain consistent follow-up appointments
• Adhere to your individualized treatment plan
5. Performance Mindset
Expect gradual, sustainable progress.
Healthy fat loss averages 1–2 pounds per week.
Non-scale victories matter: improved energy, sleep, clarity, confidence.
This is not a crash program.
This is metabolic restoration.
Clinical Notice
This framework supports your prescribed medical treatment.
Individual plans may vary based on labs, comorbidities, and provider discretion.
