Request Psychiatric Consultation
To ensure safe and appropriate outpatient care, all prospective patients must complete a clinical screening request prior to scheduling. After review, you will receive an email with available appointment times if your needs are appropriate for outpatient telehealth care.
Important Notice
• Kansas residents only (must be physically located in Kansas at time of visit)
• Outpatient psychiatric medication management via telehealth
• This is not a crisis service
• If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, call 911 or dial/text 988
• Benzodiazepines are not prescribed or continued
Appointments are currently available Wednesday through Friday. Limited extended hours and select Saturday appointments may be available based on scheduling. Please use the booking link to view real-time availability and secure your appointment.
What Happens Next
