Consultation Fee
New patient consultation (30 minutes): $49
This consultation includes a medical evaluation, treatment planning, and provider-guided recommendations.
Medication Pricing
If treatment is prescribed, medication cost varies depending on the specific medication and dose. Your provider will review all options and pricing with you before prescribing. Medication is ordered only after provider authorization and payment.
Oral medications, when prescribed, are sent to your local pharmacy and may be covered by insurance or available as cash pay.
Payment Methods
Consultation fees are paid securely at the time of booking through our online scheduling system.
Medication payments are completed securely through Square after your provider determines the appropriate treatment plan.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
All treatment is provider-directed and prescribed only when medically appropriate following consultation.
