Virtual Care & Consultation

Do I need a consultation before starting treatment?
 

Yes. A medical consultation is required before any medication can be prescribed. During your consultation, your provider will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and determine whether treatment is safe and appropriate.

 

Is the $49 consultation fee required?
 

Yes. The consultation fee covers your medical evaluation and treatment planning. This fee may be applied toward your treatment cost if you begin injectable therapy.

 

Is medication guaranteed after the consultation?
 

No. Medication is prescribed only if medically appropriate based on your medical history, safety considerations, and provider evaluation.

Is MediZen Revitalize telehealth only?
 

Yes. All consultations are conducted securely via telehealth for patients located in Kansas.

 

Intake Forms & Scheduling

 

When do I complete my intake forms?
 

After booking your consultation, you will complete your secure intake forms prior to your appointment. This allows your provider to safely evaluate your treatment options.

 

How do I schedule my consultation?
 

Consultations are scheduled through our secure online booking system. Payment is completed at the time of booking.

 

Can I reschedule my appointment?
 

Yes. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Medication & Treatment

What medications do you prescribe?
 

When medically appropriate, we prescribe GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, as well as oral medication

support when clinically indicated.

 

How do I receive my medication?
 

Injectable medications are shipped directly to your home after provider authorization and payment. Oral medications, when prescribed, are sent to your local pharmacy.

 

Are medication shipments automatic?
 

No. Continued treatment requires follow-up and provider authorization to ensure safety and effectiveness before additional medication is prescribed and shipped.

 

How often will I need follow-up visits?
 

Follow-up frequency depends on your treatment plan. Follow-ups may be required to monitor safety, adjust dosing, and continue prescribing treatment.

What does the consultation fee include?


The consultation fee includes your medical evaluation, treatment planning, and provider-guided recommendations.

 

Is medication included in the consultation fee?


No. Medication cost is separate and depends on the specific medication and dose prescribed.

 

How do I pay for treatment?


Consultation fees are paid at the time of booking through our secure system. Medication payments are completed separately after your provider approves your treatment plan.

 

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Is treatment supervised by a licensed provider?


Yes. All treatment is prescribed and monitored by a licensed medical provider following established medical guidelines.

 

Do I have to increase my dose over time?


No. Dosing is individualized based on your response, safety, and treatment goals.

 

Can I stop treatment at any time?


Yes. However, you should consult your provider before stopping medication to ensure safe discontinuation.
